I am a mother of a three year old girl child and I am a housewife. I stay with my in-laws. My husband is a marketing professional and mostly out of the town. My in-laws are not cooperative enough and sometimes I get involved in argument with them. Now a days I have noticed that I am loosing my temper very easily. Mostly I am scolding my daughter, quarreling with my husband for silly reasons. I am trying to do yoga to overcome it but it's not working. Please help me.

Hi i am facing this pblm from last 1year. I was out of my home for 10 years while studying B.E n   working in Blore and was fine then. Due to some circumstances i had to quit everything and move to my home place. I was desperate to work at my home place jamshedpur jharkhand, but things didn't go well as i was nt getting my required profile or salary or working environment etc.. and from last 2 years i am jobless n left two jobs each with 3 n 5 mnths after joining. Now i m thinking to move out but i am not able to do so out of unknown fear. I hav stopped contacting my friends recieving calls no social activities . 24*7 m always thinking weird things. My life is at stake . I always think of getting out of it Bt i couldn't. Is it homesickness, depression, fear. Where should i go . I want to come out of it asap. Its killing me from inside. I cnt share it to anyone as no one will understand my position. Pls let me know m i dealing with a serious medical condition ??

I'm going through a breakup. I'm unable to sleep and I'm feeling lonely even though my best friends are constantly keeping tabs on me. I'm unable to cry it out. I'm getting random thoughts like "It's my fault", "I'm trash" and "I should probably die". I'm getting suicidal thoughts which I don't want but nonetheless can't stop these thoughts from creeping in. I feel sad all the time and I keep thinking about her and how it's been my fault why we failed in our relationship. I'm unable to concentrate and get headaches when I think about this a lot. Please help.

She feels disturbs n al ways shouts on family members for evry small things since her brother n sisters r settled but she is nt so she is always much worried abt her marriage when it would happen

I'm feeling really horrible post a series of events starting from February. I used to respect myself earlier, but now I have grown to lose that and hate myself. I think I have serious anxiety issues which is hampering my day to day activities. At times I feel hollow.

It's been 15 days or more, I am some how managing to sleep for 3 hours.The strange thing, everynight I woke up exactly arround 3:30 without fail.I am not able to concentrate on my work. I hate expressing myself.I undergo shivering. Forget things very easily. Always feel irritated. No thoughts ,just blank.

I am a 52 year old male. I have suffered from depression on and off for the last 30 years. I first went to the gp when I was 30 years old and a course of anti-depressants as worked for me. About 3 months ago I was prescribed Sertraline 50mg, this was increased to 100mg after 4 weeks. They made me Manic ,so I was placed on Mirtazapine. I have researched on the internet. I believe I have BPD or Bi-polar2 or maybe they are co-occurring. How can I get an accurate diagnosis.

Can anybody please elaborate stages of depression because on Google it's quite confusing??? Some says it's five and some says it's 3. Thanks in advance

I love a girl but all the time inside my mind it revolves that the girl dosent love me..whatever she is doing are not from her mind...she is lying to me.. but mentally I am falling dependant to her..what should I Do?
