I have a depression and personality problem and difficulty in functioning independently

1.Is it possible that a certain medicine will not work on a particular person at all? If yes why? 2.I have taken many meds like escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, clonazepam, methmild, amisulprdie etc, they helped me  but till now I don't know which one worked on me. I want to just take 1-2 out of them. Can I take just Escitalopram and clonazepam as it is given by almost all the psychiatrists in India. Plz answer in detail

I am suffering from heavy depression for a very long period of life...i just feel like i am living a worthless complete waste of a life...just have no interest in life at all now

Lost trust on people. Mainly in relations. I cannot marry a stranger with no trust. Afraid to get married. Though I am an employee still not feeling like living anymore nd don't have any reason or ambition to live. I need a partner whom I can trust but am not sure if I can find one. I am just surviving. Since last 2 years ,I am in severe anxiety due to stress from job. I have frequent headaches & my BP increases up to 140/150 . But when my mood improves ,I have no headache & BP increase . I have to ask that if my BP increases temporary due to stress then should I take medicines to control BP that time ? Because psychiatrist says that you needn't to take BP medication because your BP is due to stress & anxiety . He says only  to regulate anxiety. What to do ?

Dating this guy for 9yrs now he had way too many ex gf's who dint stay in his past which got alot fights between us he hid the fact that he met his ex and got physical abusive when I confronted him. He's been broke most of these years finally when he got a good job he went ahead and started flirting with this girl in his office who said she likes him and he wanted to take a break from me after 7yrs saying we have issues instead of telling he wants to be with her so that flirting ended when he found out she was doing it for a bet no feelings etc and he asked me to talk to her and tell her he wasn't Interested and that I'm still his gf and he tells me he wasn't Intrested in her and I was making things up when I clearly read all their chats. He's been physically abusive in the past but now inspite of forgiving whatever happened in the past he's screaming and telling me I'm a horrible person who can't trust him we fight everyday and keep patching up only to break up again help!

Hello I were in love for 8 years he is my close relative first he proposed me I explained him it won't be consider as love it's full of infactuation and if we both loved also in future we can't get married because of my family situation like this I explained him..but he forced me to love him and though he impressed me..but last year in September he got married with some other girl without telling to his family that I too loved him..he cheated me till now I am so depressed I got a health issue
