From 3-4 years I am feeling very Depressed loneliness, laziness. I am facing a problem of overthinking. One thing which I got stuck in my mind I kept thinking over and over, I know it will not benefit me, but I still think about that many times. I also fell nervousness shyness talking or chatting online to strangers or anyone whom I don't know very well. I also fail in making contacts with the person due to overthinking. I have also lack of confidence in me in doing anything. So I left over the thing in between without doing that. I also feel laziness in doing any kind of work. I wanted to do but internally feeling just stop to do from that. Sometimes I also get mood swing. This all things make me depressed stress. If any medication or something else is there for cure of this help me out.
