I am feeling very sad mood along with fear every morning when i wake up. please advice some medicine and help me.thank you.

Sir... Looking at your age I would like to get all your physical parameters evaluated. You need basic investigation to rule out Hypothyroidism, Hypertension,  Diabetes mellitus. You need a detailed evaluation of your mental status. Your symptoms do suggest that you could be having anxiety and depression.

please meet with a psychiatrist who can prescribe you the recqired medication.

Hi The persistent feeling of sadness or loss of interest that characterises major depression can lead to a range of behavioural and physical symptoms. These may include changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behaviour or self-esteem. Depression can also be associated with thoughts of suicide. People may experience: Mood: anxiety, apathy, general discontent, guilt, hopelessness, loss of interest, loss of interest or pleasure in activities, mood swings, or sadness Sleep: early awakening, excess sleepiness, insomnia, or restless sleep Whole body: excessive hunger, fatigue, loss of appetite, or restlessness Behavioural: agitation, excessive crying, irritability, or social isolation Cognitive: lack of concentration, slowness in activity, or thoughts of suicide Weight: weight gain or weight loss Also common: poor appetite or repeatedly going over thoughts If you are experiencing some of these symptoms it could be indicative of depression and the severity needs to be assessed. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
