I'm a 24-year-old introverted guy from Bangalore who experiences significant anxiety in social interactions and during exams. I've found that regular exercise, particularly gym workouts, and taking Ashwagandha tablets (himalaya) help alleviate my anxiety symptoms to some extent. I typically go to the gym in the early morning. However, I've noticed a concerning pattern where I vomit bile as soon as I wake up, before hitting the gym. This issue doesn't occur when I skip my gym sessions even if I wake up early. I'm seeking medical advice to determine if this is related to my anxiety or if there's an underlying gastrointestinal issue. What's puzzling is that if it was a gastro issue, then why doesn't it happen on the days I don't have to go to the gym in the morning?
Ps. I had a history of having anxiety and was under medication a year ago!

Hi
It is better to rule out gastro intestinal causes if any. Also, it will be important to delineate whether you have any specific food habits when you do go to gym.
Social anxiety could be an independent concern. For that, do consult a psychiatrist and follow the treatment as adviced if any.

Hey, I would recommend you to consult a medical gastroenterologist for your gastric symptoms and then consult a psychiatrist for your anxiety symptoms. I would not recommend you to take any ayurvedic supplements as they are notorious to cause many hepatic injuries, so kindly review that too with a medical gastroenterologist.
Next Steps
for your anxiety symptoms, consult a psychiatrist online
Better to rule out gastro issues before arriving at Psychiatric diagnosis. Please consult a Psychiatrist for your social anxiety & start medicine & therapy if needed.
Hi.. could be due to anxiety. However will need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately. Consult online for further evaluation and management
