I am suffering from Anxiety disorder and depression. What food or fruits will help me to increase serotonin. I don't want to get in to antianxiety medication

Food or fruits will not be of much benefit.. Although you should avoid stimulants like caffeine tea soft drinks etc Hut please go for psychotherapy to learn to manage and control anxiety Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling to learn techniques to control anxiety All the best

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
