I am taking oleanz plus and trinicalm plus for my symptoms like heavy head, uncontrollable thoughts, memory problem, depressive thoughts , heavy head from 12 years...
but last year , i came to know about supplements from youtube...so i started taking supplements such as omega3, d3 and many more... my main focus was on memory supplements...my health went from 10% to 80% in 12 months...
but now i am tired of taking supplements with these medicines ... because uncontrollable thinking is irritating me...
what should i do now?
earlier oleanz plus and trinicalm plus were not working...but from 3 days , when i take these medicines...it feels like someone is holding my head...and freshness or clarity fades away for some time...
what should i do now
