Hello so I went for an appointment to my doctor and she diagnosed me with ADHD but ended up prescribing fluoxetine which is an antidepressant. I am thinking of asking for a replacement should I??

Frm Aug 2023, I started feeling numb in my head. My throat and nose go paralyzed( sometimes partially, sometimes fully) and when it feels totally paralyzed, I get trouble breathing and swallowing. And my whole body was shaking for next 10 days. I couldn't even fall asleep. Then doctor gave me treatment for falling asleep and for anxiety and depression for 6 months. Still my head didn't feel well. From Jan 2024 I cannot feel my head and it feels jammed. I am forgetful now. My libido has gotten very low. I can't have orgasm. I used to have orgasm easily. Now I don't feel pleasure in my head even after my clitoris is licked. My neck, head , throat, chest all feel jammed/semi paralyzed from inside which makes it hard for me to have orgasm. I cannot feel pleasurable sensation in head during masturbation and sex. Thyroid is normal, basic blood tests are normal, brain MRI - mild narrowing of cavernous part of bilateral internal carotid artery. Neck mri- mild posterior bulge at c3 c4 c5 c6 c7

I am on Nexito Plus in the night and Nexito 10mg in the morning. Right now my sleep quality is not good because of OCD. Can I take higher dose of Nexito Plus to get good sleep?  What is the higher dose of Nexito Plus? What is the tablet name for higher dose of Nexito Plus?

My father was unable to sleep from last 4-5 nights, after taking some antibiotics, so we consult a pshyciatrist, and he prescibed zolpidem 10 mg 1 tablet and zenolanz md 10 1 tablet both after dinner, but after taking that he is speaking nonsense and not sleeping, please suggest fast, it's very urgent.

Why are doctors so hesitant on labelling mental health conditions when the patient clearly exhibits all the symptoms, and, fits all the criteria of the said mental health disorder as provided by the dsm-5 or icd-11? As for my case, having exhibited both psychotic and mood disorder symptoms of schizoaffective disorder(bipolar type) but both psychiatrists I have visited has refused to provide me a diagnosis all the while prescribing exact medication combination that is commonly used to treat schizoaffective disorder. Why keep patients in the dark about their own condition when a name of the disorder is very important in learning about the prognosis of the disorder?

Have been experiencing stress and tension from one month, sleep is very disturbed, getting weight loss and hair loss, head is always too hot, please offer help

I am 37 years old male. I have been facing anxiety issues since 2018. I tried so many things and tried to control the anxiety but till now I have not been completely cured. I have developed fear of health problems, white coat syndrome and fear for public speaking. I Am trying various meditation and breathing techniques but nothing is working. I don't why there is unnecessary worry. Pls suggest as to how to overcome it and become more confident to handle day to day challenges.

Before marriage in 2019 I faced a trauma with so many rzns mixd while I didn't sleep even a min & in the mrnng I got myself so deprssd that it was bttr before that nyt rather thn in the mrnng i startd talked bla bla & non sense talks bcz of too mch ngtv overthnkng in whole nyt and my fmly scared so mch& the mdcn didn't wrkd at my area so my fmly brng me to the dr that was far from my place & we had trvl than time incrsd &we reachd at night and we used to go in the mrnng to the dr & whole night I didn't sleep I think again & then when I go to da dr cable I ws doing so mch stupd thngs I wnt to becm a dr bcz it's still my dream in that condtn I ws sayng so mch coz the situatn wz feelng so bad & he said ys u will becm the dr & understd me & I startd to tke his laptop and all & finlly he gvn me a mdcn at tht tym in frnt of him & I startd havng sleep in the auto & I slept 72 hrs continuously & they feed me in sleep slowly I recoverd m girl & have phobia of mrnng&still minor deprsn
