Hi,  she is not coming with you to any hospital,  It might also be a symptom of mental illness. With the help of relatives or friends you better try to take her to a psychiatrist in person. She might need a admission into the hospital.

Hello I think it your mother might be suffering from mental health issues like the symptoms you described can be severe depression or can be symptoms of a condition called catatonia. But further history is needed in detail to know exactly condition she is having. So it will be good if you take her to a psychiatrist in person as she's not eating properly she might be deficient in nutrients and might be having some electrolytes changes as she has swelling and loss of body weight. So some investigations will be needed. Thanks
