I work in a bank and am under a lot of pressure and stress. My family life is getting affected. Please help me before I burn out.

This happens me frequently.When i wake up in the morning i recapped thoughts,actions,words spoken by me and words i recieved from others. This hurts me mentally. One more thing to be honest more than a rare: i think of others what people think of me if i say / give my opinion (the reason because: very often my family mamebrs used to laugh on me during my school and college days).And last i think of everything seriously ( i faced some rought moments during my childhood). Please give me advice.

My head is under pressure...Which causes pain in forehead...Whenever someone asks me to do so...I instantly start doing that work...Without awareing whether it's wrong or right...How to overcome this problem...Please suggest medicine or any therapy for this if u understand my problem..

My father is a chain smoker .can you suggest some plan that may help him to quit smoking? Your response is highly appreciated

Hello and good day . I just want to ask something . I have been having a lot of problem with my stomack and some people said it maybe tirfort why some says it maybe diria why others says it maybe piles . I have been having diria for more that one year now and I have been in the hospital so Many time and they keep saying that they haven seen anything wrong with me . But am dying inside of me anytime a I go to the toilet I keep having dirai also I keep having body weakness all the time too

Sir I was unable to run for a long distance more than 1km,n get tired very soon... So is there any medicine which help me to improve my stamina for last long,n easily available in medical store...
