I used tryptomer 10 mg daily since 3 month In mri nothing shows any problem but regularly pain exists Kindly advise good doctor or what I can do

Last one week I was in too much stress and anxiety like I was feeling fatigue no interest in life. Sleep was also not proper. From this week somehow I convinced myself now fatigue is gone. Sleeping better than before. Problem is I am feeling there is something always at the back of my head. Its not that severe. But like if my shake my head fast it becomes severe at the back of head. Please please help me doctor with the medicine or advice.

I don’t know what is happening with me some time I feels so positive and after reading something bad then my mind thinks that is for me.. i am disturbed due to some problems.. I randomly clicked on the link of depression then there are symptoms of chronic illness and..some so the symptoms are same like my situation..less sleep and addiction of smoke nd alcohol, Nd I was consuming the disease To me... this is happening from 4-5 day ago...I am so tense becoz of this please help me.. I am was trying to remain positive but no... and ya one more think before sometime I also read the same thing in my kundi that I'll suffer from depression and chronic heart diseases....will be admitted in mental asylum.... I thought this all fake but please tell me something about this help me please
