My girlfriend gets stressed out with daily life situations like work load, getting stuck in traffic and even pimples. She would then get angry and irritated with other things going on and take it out on me and her close ones. Once the stressful situation is dealt with, she becomes normal. I would like to know if I can accompany her to stress management sessions or any other therapy which would help her? I've started a conversation about this and she is interested to work on improving herself.
