Sir, One of my friends is suffering from mental illness. She often complains about experiencing guilt, shame, anger, pain simultaneously. That leads her to do self harm. She has had a bad past, memories of those keep haunting her. Please suggest a way out of this.

Dr. From several days m getting busy due to family get together n it is held in our family once a year. My bf wants extra attention but these days m not able to give him so. He is reacting wierd. He is reacting like what u did same he will do with u. He is very opposite of this behave. M not happy with his such kind of behaviour. Plz help me to solve it. What can I do?

She says she gets tention all the time. Even when she tries to focus on something, some tention will come in her mind and she can't focus. Even when there is no tention, her mind will search some silly things and she starts taking tention again over that silly thing. Not a day goes where she don't have tention. Is this any symptom of some medical illness or mental illness .. Please suggest. Should she consultant a Pysocologist ? Thanks for your help in advance.

Mind under pressure...No activeness...My mind is giving affirmations to me...No need to work...Instability in mind...

He is gets aggressive on little things. Get irritated. If he dont like anything according to him, he wil get angry on others. He dont even feel guilt of saying something wrong to anybody. He drinks alcohol 2 pegs a day but on occasions he drinks alot evn if he is told abt his health. He uses abusive language in angry mood even at his family members.

Since a year , I am unable to yawn completely. At first, I had B12 deficiency, and beathing became difficult. I thought that was the reason I wasn't not yawning completely. Now I feel that the yawn I do now is somewhat controlled and not completely involuntary. Few times I get involuntary yawn and they feel good. I also seem to be anxious. Can anyone please tell what is the problem ... Thank you

My daughter was  diagnosed as hyper active when she was young. She also had very few characteristics of Autism but no medication was required. She was and also is friendly with everybody irrespective of age. As she is growing up she has become very fearful of very small things also. she has gained a lot of weight and has a problem of bed wetting. It is not only during night, she has been reluctant using the restrooms as and when required even at home. We have tried allopathic, homeopathic and even ayurvedic medicines but nothing worked. A sincere request to suggest a good psycologist/counsellor for children who can comfortably handle malayalam with the approximate fees. Preferably within Bangalore city limits or Kochi. Thank you.

I have a doubt about psychiatry medicine given by a doctor. As I have read that these medicines should be increased or decreased slowly. But my doctor ( which I have changed recently due to city change) has increased one of my medicine quite significantly. With other medicines he has added Buspin 5mg two times a day. So I have taken it for 2 months, now he has increased it and now I m taking Buspin 10mg twice a day. Now my doubt is, is it ok to increase Buspin 5mg to 10mg at once ?

My mind is not in senses...And heavy pressure over mind...Which won't let me talk freely...Any homeopathic treatment
