Why my mind thinks everything is difficult and impossible...Very bad mental health...Please guide me

I feel kind of hopless right now even if I’m with friends there’s always kind of the feeling that I’m alone and I don’t know how to handle this... It just feels so wrong and kind of that I’m losing everybody around so that I can’t really focus on my studies and people are watching me everytime I’m at school or doing something which also makes me kind of feel bad and feeling to be observed...

I'm not able to sleep for two complete nights. I just lie on bad with eyes closed. After two days my hands are also shaking and I'm feeling completely exhausted with pain in my entire body.

I'm a student now i am preparing for my govt. Exam . And always i feel low and tired after waking up also i feel tired not constraint on my study ,my brain working all other unless things ,i have sinus also. So please tell me what i do . What i eat. Take some medicine or not.

Fearness in mind if I die than, what is the use of studying and all, it happend from the insidend of my late uncle he was not so close to me then too, I feel ,if I die than, some kind of fearness of death is their in my mind , and their is lack of motivation in me , and intrest I wanted to study but nothing comes in mind, I wanted to work harder for my carrer but their is no out put comes from mind don't know why, I lost intrest in many activity don't know plz some one suggest whT to do , whT happend to me?

My lover dead for lukhomea 3 year ago.  After my dearest death feel too much depressed.now i feel nervous.i  want to cure from depression.

My mind is under pressure...And it seems as it is not in right place...Pressure have disturbed it's place...Now it does things out of order...And I feel unprotected and insecure bcz of this...

He is working alot. and but somehow it's too much complications that not able to get anything from past 4 years. He needs anti-depressant. Can you suggest ?
