Prickling, "pins and needles", are side effects of Escitalopram because doctor gave me and 1 day breathing problem etc is this a common side effects

As i complete my gym workout... some times i feel drousiness for the day or for the long tym...is this just coz of the low intake of carbs

I am suffering from depression and taking flunil 20 mg for last 6 years. The problem is I feel flunil is slowing me down(mentally, slower reaction, slowness in comprehending and responding to things) so I want to stop taking antidepressant or else change it from flunil to some other antidepressants.. So please doctor suggest me future course of action.

I have mental stress from last two months. My family members are scolding me. And my parents not treated me like their daughter. Every day saying "go from this house, live anywhere in hostel" It is so painful for me. My younger brother also not treated me as a family member. He is doing job. i am job less no income from me for my home.. i went number of interviews. but i am not selected. and i am not getting right job yet. All of this i am struggling mentally very much.. Day by day i am decreasing weight. My present weight is 44kgs. and not healthy also... So finally, this mental stress is cause for my weight loss.........? is it true...? Is this my weight loss reason.......? If i don't have mental stress like this, will i gain weight......?

I have recently read about Social Anxiety Disorder & I feel I am suffering from the same. Some of the reasons for my believe are - 1. I never ask questions in any training session. In fact, I get very uncomfortable in an interactive session / meetings. 2. I avoid social gatherings / office parties 3. Difficult to start conversations with strangers 4. Public speaking/ presentations are  impossible for me. 5. Does not speak much generally. 6. Not many friends. 7. Not much improvement in the situation from last say 15-18 years. Is my understanding correct regarding my condition & what can be the treatment for the same. How does time does the treatment normally takes & is it possible to recover completely from it.

Hello Dr, I have anxiety..I am not taking medicine for it.I just want to know is it curable without medicine..somtimes my heartbeat goes fast feel very nervous..and my hand suddenly freeze due to nervessnes..also feel difficulty in breathing..after 10-15 mins I get normal when I do breathing exercise..I want to know is that anything I can do more apart from breathing exercise..Or how can I cure without taking medicine..please Dr.gimme ur suggestion.

My son 1yr 8month old has a peculiar habit of throwing things around. For him any physical object that can be grasped with hand must be thrown to the greatest distance possible. He has started uttering few words and can complete small sentence on his own and tries to speak whatever he hears from adults. Is the throwing habit something to worry about.
