Hi sir I just want to ask few questions over medical treatment going of my uncle He is a cancer patient. Recently went through a surgery Now everything is fine but from last night he is not sleeping And discussing irrelevant talks He is in unconscious ness he feels fear. I just want to share the medicines which was given to us from Nieati hospital Mathura. We will go hospital tomorrow but need to discuss medicines should we stop the medicines or wait.. Pls suggest

Hello,
He might be suffering from post operative delerium. In which person is confused, fearful, sees things which are frightening, not able to distinguish day and night, agitation etc.

Cancer patients have many comorbid issues.
It is possible that this irrelevant talking, difficulty sleeping and other issues are due to a condition called delirium.
The underlying cause may need explored for which his medical investigation and details of medications are needed.
