Hello I am facing obsessive thoughts constantly.songs keep playing in my head all the time and IAM unable to stop them. This has resulted in increased anxiety and insomnia.Please help

I was registered for a consultation but the doctor was not kind enough to respond/reply. How long am I supposed to wait??

I depend upon someone. If she get some message form anyone I getting irritated and stress also some possiveness.

General anixity disorder doctor gave me 1 oxazepam 30 mg 2 thiamine hydrochloride 3 baclofen 20mg 4 librex Is this a good medicine for general anixity disorder

Hi, I had myomectomy in 13th August. After that my doctors told me that ovary size is a bit large. That's way I always had 45 or 50 days of cycle. Now after 2 months of operation I am still not getting my period. Please suggest me what to do with that. I do not have any child yet. What should I do in same. Please help me out.

Its been 1.5 years of marriage . We definitly love each other. But there are times where the expectations cannot be fullfilled. Also understanding each other is a problem . When such things happen it affects our marriage life also. Do we need councillor or psychatrist whom to approach ?. We defenitly need some doctor to understand and guide both of us to lead a good life with some possible changes in our lives to make our marriage life better.

I had anxeity and depression issues during 2014 and I took treatment for 2 years. It has etizolam in morning and diazipam like drug in night and one more amonoacid type tablet for brain health and one more tablet to avoid panic attacks. if But after 2 years I was totally normal and I stopped all medicines. Then when I have some symptoms of anxeity I used to take etizolam only. But now in recent days since I feel nervous frequently , I am taking etizolam daily. But getting etizolam with out prescription is also a problem now. I want to consult a doctor for this anxeity and depression

From last 3-4 yes I am experiencing change in my lifestyle i was healthy and happy with my living now I am seeing myself in sort of sad & dull in my life concentration and focus is not at all in my life I don't like going out not able to socialize not able to enjoy any activites which I like earlier unable to maintain or memorize even minor things due to which I lost many things in my life and time due to which I am always late reaching places. Due to this condition even I have gained weight and also my eating habits has gone worse and also because of weight issue I am unable to sleep peacefully.if I sleep for 3-4 hrs I get dark or bad dreams which is like nightmare or sometimes I couldn't sleep due to overthinking about my future as this impacted my whole life and i was not able to achieve anything .i am tensed due to these situations as I got married recently and unable to understand the gravity of this condition am I am depressed or is it my assumption. do i need medical assistance

I always get weird thoughts after sunset.. mostly I have cancer.. sometimes I see problems in my body and think it's cancer.. google it and if some of the symptoms matches I get scared of cancer.. for every problem I have I feel I have cancer.. and this mainly I feel at night.. its very disturbing.. what should I do??

I had some chronic stress episode.After that when I try to take some stress I feel that I would be stress and it would affect my health.So whenever a small stress arises I get too much stress because of 1.Actual stress 2.I would develop stress(health anxiety) and it would affect my health How to come out of this cycle naturally?
