Hello Please visit a psychiatrist to restart medication. Along with that, you can take therapy from a Hypnotherapist so that insomnia and anxiety can be worked on from the root cause. You can contact me for the same.

Only tab zapiz have severe withdrawal symptom ,and other medication withdrawal is manageable. Now science is changed ,so many medication for depression in market . Depression is due to neuro chemical changes in brain that is serotonin and dopamine harmone. During maintenance phase of illness in depression ,we should treat with medication with minimum dose and counseling .First we should reduce dose of tab zapiz that is clonazepam.and stop it ,then to reduce other antidepressants medication.Tab zapiz that is clonqzepam require in initial phase .If u are now only on tab zapiz then it is difficult to reduce it . Gradually take it half or consult again with psychiatrist to reduce medication.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. As you may be aware, medicine are just one part of any psychic treatments and mostly helps in supress the emotion to give temporary relief. However the medicine cannot control the actual root cause i.e anxious thoughts or trigger. So if you stop medicine, it causes withdrawal symptoms because of this. So it's important to follow certain mindset change techniques or psychotherapies in parallel to manage and control your thoughts, before you stop the medicine. If you haven't explored this option so far, better consult a psychologists to assess and get al suitable recommendation on non medicine treatment plan. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation of your both physical and mental health symptoms to recommend few lifestyle changes, self therapies, dietary changes, special excersise etc along with counseling support. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

You have a long standing anxiety disorder. You should not stop medicine suddenly. Please consult your psychiatrist and taper it slowly.
