I get frequent nightmares. Everytime I wake up screaming. Some are reoccurring. And it is becoming embarrassing because it is now happening in front of others, Whenever there is a sleepover with friends or family.

Doctor said after taken brain MRI and EEG i dont have any brain injury and all i have due to psychological issues i have ADD from child hood. Actually i took tablets when i was 2 years old for 2 years tablets for primary complex. Is it possiblity for the cause of ADD. I MEANS THE MEDICATION TAKEN DURING CHILDHOOD.???

In the mornings I wake up with very high energy, but I can't focus for more than 30 minutes because I get a headache on the back of my head and numbness in my head.

I m stressed or depressed from last 3 years due to which alot of laziness in mind...Is there anyone to help...

I am noticing myself that day by day getting nervous, scared, worried, depressed and suddenly my hands and legs are shivering a lot and it is happening because of various anxiety and depression. Easily getting scared in small small situation which earlier I have faced but it haven't affected me so much. I am sometime getting so depressed so stressed due to overthinking that I can't control myself. In many occasions I am getting angry and then bursting myself and misbehaving with people. Thought I am still bachelor trying to tie knot this year. Kindly advise what to do, if any treatment requires or not.

From past 4month suffering of anexity, depression after the delivery of son. Taking medicine suggested by local psyciatric doctor but no cure found yet. Having death fear, numbness, not able to completely accept son.
