Counseling is referred in your prescription.. and as it is mentioned in your prescription that the smile is compulsive.. so detailed assessment is necessary to find out the fact that the smile is compulsive or what.. so that u can get treatment accordingly.. Consult with a clinical psychologist..

Ask your parents about smiling in your childhood. If its been present since years. Consult a neurologist also. And in mean time. See if the smiling has a trigger or particular time of the day or its an allergic response to something. Have patiences and try to notice what happens when you voluntarily stop the smiling. All the best !!

Hello, If the smile started after starting these medication and it was not present before, then it can be medication induced tic. If you are smiling again and again due to continuous repetitive thoughts in your mind then it can be a compulsive act. A detailed assessment will help to know the real reason behind it.
Next Steps
Consult your psychiatrist. You can consult me for any help required.
