I had Urine retention due to Atomoxetine. Does Atomoxetine cause Urine retention? If yes ,What's the solution ? I Already tried Methylphenidate, it Didn't help me.

Hello Sir , I have taken Vortioxetine (10 mg) for the last one month. But last night I missed taking the medicine unfortunately. It will cause any issues . Or this morning can I take the missed dose or will continue normally. I am fearing, please tell me as I missed the dose it will affect my health or the medicine will not work properly? Please help me 🙏

My 4 months old baby boy cries loudly when we go outside somewhere for some function or church where some gatherings are there. Very difficult to soothe him. He cries with tears and refuses the feed. Is this normal? Will it resolves when he grow up?

My mother suffering from insomnia for last 25 years we have taken her to Fortis where we have consulted with Doctor named Sameer Pareikh(psychiatrist ) He has an experience of more than 25 years. Medicine he prescribed ATIVAN 2mg QUTAN Nothing works, we followed his prescribed medicines for 5 -7 years then 2-3 doctors in between Now, we are consulting with Jateen Ukrani(psychiatrist) with 10 years of experience. Still no sleep, my mother is losing senses now, feeling more fatigue, No energy. Medicines he prescribed are GABAPENTIN 300 MG OLANZAPINE 20MG LUMATEPERONE 42MG CLONAZEPAM 5 MG TRAZOPONE 50mg Please help!!!!

I have irritable bowel syndrome since childhood. Now, I am 32 years old. 6 years ago Lateral anal Sphinctertomy surgery was done for recurrent anal fissure. Colorectal surgeon told that it will recur if stool becomes hard again but it is very difficult to a IBS patient as stool sometimes semisolid unformed and sometimes little bit hard. Now I am completely exhausted for suffering ibs for long time as it restricted my life in a room. I can't go anywhere. So, I want to meet a psychiatrist doctor but problem is most of the psychiatrist medicine cause hard stool as side effect,this is giving me fear as hard stool means anal fissure and fissure means oh my god severe burning pain during passing stool and after stool. So, what should I do now. I can't take decision what should I do???

I don't know what I like. I don't like to touch dirty things.If I like a person today and vibe with them, I hate them tomorrow and want to be alone.Some time I think of being in a vibing group many of the time I like to be alone.As I want friends I change my charecter as a clown because I think then only they like me.whenever I likes a charecter from a movie I pretend to be them for somedays until I get attracted by other charecter.I have inferiority complex.I can't be bold even someone bullied me. In school days I'm a topper now also I have knowledge more than them but to get friends I've forgotten everything and became 0.I can't understand what I'm speaking,I speak without my I don't have interest on my favourite things.something runs on my mind whole day without pausing.even a small joke on my insecurities hurts me a lot.someone's chewing sounds makes me mad.more like this...

I randomly sleep walk or shout at night that I have no idea of me doing, only when someone says in the morning i know things have happened. Of all the incidents I've not hurt myself or others. Somehow the brain knows where things are and dodge fans etc.  How to prevent it from happening since I have no control and why does it happens? I'm confused.

I have been suffering from insomnia, tried over the counter pills like melatonin doesn't work, I have only been able to get 3-4 hours of sleep for a month now it's all gone. My head is hurting

I feel hyper active at night and feel sleepy whole day...like since 6 morning to evening 8...and when I try to sleep ..in starting hour I get frequent shoks..like fast beats,body rush,breath pause,crying feeling,scared feeling like I am falling from high place...and I feel these shocks every 10mins for atleast an hour before I finally fell asleep..but still while sleeping I feel like I am consciously awake and my body feels uncomfortable even by switching left or right
