Your symptoms suggest a disturbed sleep–wake cycle with possible anxiety-related hypnic jerks and nocturnal panic features. Night-time hyperarousal can cause these shock-like sensations and fear. Maintain strict sleep timing, reduce screen use, and avoid stimulants. If persistent, consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and possible therapy or medication.

Your sleep behavior is a pattern formed from years of body practice. I can't tell it looking at it superficially but if you want to set your circadian rhythm right you need to understand your subconscious thoughts. which might be the cause of fast heart beat, palpitations eyc.
Likely anxiety/panic with hypnic jerks and disturbed sleep cycle.
Advise: fix sleep timing, avoid screens/caffeine at night, practice relaxation breathing.
If persistent → needs proper evaluation; may require short-term medication.
Hii….
By looking at the symptoms…..fast heart beat, fearfulness looks like anxiety symptoms but needs a detailed history to rule out that, and needs additional information regarding your lifestyle, habits, work shifts to address the exact cause and help you more.kindly consult a psychiatrist for further management
