Your ideal weight should be 75kg. It means you are obese and could be suffering from obstructive sleep apnea or OSA. It is causing you sleep dissatisfaction, tiredness, and daytime drowsiness. It can lead to high blood pressure, diabetes and depression. You require sleep studies to detect apneic spells. Consult a pulmonologist for further treatment. Weight reduction would be the first step.

Lack of deep sleep in the night will cause day time drowsiness. Lack of deep sleep could be due to stress anxiety or depression. It can also be due to obstructive sleep apnea where a person has snoring and stops breathing for some time in the sleep that causes disturbance in the sleep. So if you are snoring you need to see a ENT specialist or if you are going through stress you needed to see a psychiatrist
