How do I improve my sleep cycle? I have been sleeping for 12 hours nearly every day but not in the night time.. I sleep at 5:00am and wake up around 3-5pm.. I have tried almost everything like turning the phone data and laptop off or hav a bath at night or listening to soft music but nothing worked.. I still sleep like a org and due that I hav no sense of time and sometimes I feel some memory lapse.. Also I hav lost my appetite. I don't feel hungry at all.. Small things bother me alot nowadays.. I get angry on everything plus I can't avoid my suicidal thoughts.. I try to fight that everyday but the next moment I still get the strong feeling of doing something and leaving this world
