Not able to sleep at night
I am not able to sleep at night. I go to bed early but still not able to sleep. I want to take some melatonin pills as it will help me. To reschedule my sleep wake up cycle. Please suggest some melatonin pills

Hello Kindly understand that sleeplessness is not good for health and that too sleep of 10pm to 2 am is very good for proper mental health and balance. You should definitely go for relaxation exercises that would give you proper sleep. Medication might give you sleep for that day but then doing some chores which mk you feel bored ..can also be tried. Another thing is try psychotherapies for the same wherein you will be taught how to control your actions. You can consult me for the same on my mobile number and can go for online consultation.
