Can't sleep at night, Anxiety issues, Complexion problem, deep thinking, unwanted thoughts, dealing with stress

Is it good to take venizop 50 tablet after heavy dinner/light dinner ? Because Iam afraid of that it could aftect the performance of the tablet

Blocking of both nose after half to 1 hour of taking medicine(qutan300 with solian 200taken during night at 8 pm) during night.

I am obese weighing 130kgs, have lost all my hair, unmarried, jobless and a person of eccentric nature. I know what to do but I am not at all goal oriented, I start anything and terminate that in the middle. I have zero motivation and I get annoyed for very minute things. Few weeks ago I take opinion from psychiatrist online as I have anxiety related facial hyperhidrosis ( excessive face sweating when anxious/nervous) in daily life , he prescribed nexito 10 mg at night which I take from one month but no response and improvement then after 1 month I take opinion from psychiatrist and he told me to stop nexito and start amitriptyline 25 mg .so is it ryt medicine for anxiety related facial hyperhidrosis which affects on my daily life ...plz help me Past history - asthma and g6pd deficiency by birth

How to know if someone has depression, what are the symptoms of depression.. how is it caused and how is it detected.. and can it go undetected from long? Or can it gradually develop from years?
