Hi I had previous episode of depression and I took medications for six months and I became totally alright, but after 5 months I am again experiencing depression and anxiety, some time my mood is good and sometimes I get depressed a lot and I feel like my life is worthless. What should I do now ?

I have majority of the symptoms of clinical depression and I'm experiencing all this from the past month or two. I can't sleep so I'm always lethargic. I have lost complete interest even for the things I liked to do. Easily triggered and I feel a sense of hopelessness in life. Lack of appetite and loss of interest. I feel I'd need some help with this.

Few years back i was being haunted by depression but ignored going to doctor or taking anti depressants because i wanted to deal with it my own. Things started getting find but from last years things are turning pretty bad keep getting suicidal thoughts or stuff like that nightmares etc been around 3-4 months i had sound sleep.
