Sleep Disorder
I am a student and remains at home daily. I am unable to have sound sleep despite having a fixed sleep schedule 10 PM to 5 AM. There are always unwanted thoughts in mind while sleeping i.e. no deep sleep and on waking up there is a mild headache which sometimes remains throughout the day. Please guide me on this as its a persistent issue now. NOTE : I exercise daily in morning including 15-20 mins of Yoga
