Hi I am sorry that you are finding it difficult to sleep. Poor sleep can occur due to a lot of reasons such as - stress - overwork - over stimulation like being in social media for a prolonged time or bring in front of screen for a long time - depression - anxiety - other mental health problems Some simple ways to promote sleep are - Have a comfortable bedroom - not too hot, not too cold, not too noisy. - Have a mattress that supports you properly. - Get some exercise. Start slowly with some regular swimming or walking, best in the late afternoon or early evening. - Take some time to relax before going to bed. - Don't take alcohol or cigarettes - Try writing any worries down before going to bed, and then tell yourself to deal with them tomorrow. - Get up if you can't sleep, and do something you find relaxing. After a while you should feel tired enough to go to get back to sleep. If you try these tips and still can't sleep, see a doctor. You can contact me through practo for further queries. Hope this helps. Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Hello, If there is problem related to only sleep then you can try sleep hygiene. This include- Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Use bed only for sleeping do not read book or use phone on bed. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime. Go for walk or exercise. If the problem persist consult nearby psychiatric clinic.
Next Steps
Contact nearby Psychiatric clinic or you can contact me for further help.
