Student with anxiety and sleep problems
Im always worried about what will go wrong and feel empty always. I feel like there is nothing for me to live for. My sleeping schedule is messed up.when i try to sleep early so that i need to wake up early i could not sleep whole night and till mornings. I am constantly getting suicidal thoughts. No self esteem left. I am scared that i will fail badly and not be able to face people.
