I get dream every night.Take at least half an hour to sleep and then wake up with heavy head n feel lazy whole day. Please help me to solve this problem without any medicines

Maintain a sleep wake cycle
Don't. Take stimulant like tea coffee after 5 pm
Don't push yourself to sleep. Go to bed only when sleepy
