Unable to have sound sleep
I get dream every night.Take at least half an hour to sleep and then wake up with heavy head n feel lazy whole day. Please help me to solve this problem without any medicines

Hi Is there any ongoing stress? Active thoughts at night? It could be due to lot of reason Talk it out Maintain a sleep wake cycle Don't. Take stimulant like tea coffee after 5 pm Don't push yourself to sleep. Go to bed only when sleepy Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
