My friend is very much depressed and she scares for small issues that were already solved. She consult her family doctor he checked and said She has low bp and he put trips but she still does the same. Sometimes she is normal then she again starts. Please tell me??

I cannot think properly and always keep thinking about methods and whether it is right or wrong. I could not understand importance of anything and have trouble remembering and understanding

I have been in contact with a psychiatrist through online consultation. After a few sessions, she asked me to take an online depression assessment which was mailed to me. After 3 days, I received the results which is very detailed but briefly says "Severe Depression". And she recommended me to get a complete mental health evaluation in the result. I want to understand what is a complete mental health evaluation, what are the steps to take it, how much time does it take?

Im taking inspiral 40 mg i was on 80mg but i would experince anxiety when on 80 mg at present on 40 mg im still experiencing moderate anxiety,but the 40mg is really helping me in my studies.what to do?
