It's become unbearable now. I'm so very composed on the outside. But I get so anxious with silliest of things. Even a small negative episode creates a rush of anxiety although I know it's such a non issue. Not sure how do I get rid of this. This is affecting my concentration on work and sleep of course.

I have been on divaa OD 500 milligrams once a day and risdone LS 1 tab 2 times a day for almost a month but cannot notice any improvements in my symptoms why is this happening I thought that the medication would work

I'm suffering from anxiety and depression since long time making myself Strng from this trying out better ways like yoga and mediation after the suggestions of yoga also I'm feeling the same heart racing, high bp, no sleep, and all At a time how much time would be the span of this anxiety and depression can I know any other therapy for this

Hello...22 yrs men...I am taking tiplin 10mg(amitriptyline) from 29th june-13th July...I was sleepless for whole night for 15 days before 29th july,jobless,tension,depression.....Tiplin 10 mg was prescribed by General physician...There after I taken tryptomer 10 mg( amitriptyline) as tiplin was out of stock...I started to take tryptomer 10mg from 13th July to 31st July...From 30th July I am more sleepy and headache....I used to b more anger...I get fear to low light exposure..in beginning of course I was fine as I getting good sleep without any problems...NOW CAN I STOP THEASE ABOVE TABLETS?IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS I CAN GET?PLS I DONT NEED THIS MEDICATION...pls suggest your opinion on this...

I don't know why but sometimes I feel too energetic and hopeful and sometimes I feel helpless. It's like, for some days I think I can do everything and achieve my goals so I work day and night without getting tired then all of a sudden all of motivation just dies and feel very depressed and tiered. I had depression back in 2017 and even tried to commit suicide because my parents were not able to understand me. My physicist told me that it's because of migraine headache which I did not have at all but because of all the stress back then but I do now. I have ptsd from my childhood too, earlier I thought that these sudden fluctuations in my behaviour and thoughts might be because of ptsd but now I doubt it might be something else. These fluctuations are tearing me apart. I feel like I am two people in one. I hope you would be able to understand and answer my situation so that I may get the right check-up. Sorry for my bad English.
