I have read a book called "Drug induced dementia a perfect crime" written by Dr. Grace E. Jackson Psychiatry ., So is it true that Psychiatry drugs are induced dementia?

I feel that i am very introvert, I get intimidated by people with big personality. I have a really good job but I feel I am not worth it, that other people are better than me. I get nervous while speaking to more than 3 people. Should I consult anyone or is it normal? People often have told me that I look as if I am about to cry, but that is not the case. What to do?

I have anxiety problems since intermediate. I'm aware of it and am able deal with it in most of the situations except one, which is while writing especially when other people are present. My hand shivers while signing any document and the problem is worse when i'm in queue. So the first thought that occurs to me in any activity is if there is a signature involved. Hence, i'm avoiding applying for a driving license, passport etc where I have to stand in queue and sign a document. If this is unavoidable I just write my name slowly letter by letter shivering and the person looking at me is always surprised. I was depressed and left my job 2 yrs ago and stayed at home most of the time avoiding everyone. Now I'm confused about getting another job. For last 3 months i tried planning a list of daily activities to change my behavior and it is making me more active. But I'm not able solve this one phobia. i tried physiotherapy, read self help books, but when i'm around someone nothing helps.

Can i stop taking nexito 5 mg tablet if i am feeling better now .? I am taking half tablet of nexito 5 mg . I have been taking this tablet for 15 days . Is it addictive .?

I have been prescribed Depsonil PM 75 to be taken two times a day along with Spectra 10 mg and Olimelt 7.5mg at night. Its been 1 week on the medications. Wanted to know if these medication are effective over the SSRI which I was taking previously. Also the side effects.

As per suggestion from Dr Chowdary, my friend has borderline personality disorder. She has shows exact same symptoms. The problem is how do I inform her parents, she doesn't stay at home. But in hostel. And I'm the guy who's she's dependent upon. She loves me and all. Can I ask someone to speak to their family. As they don't speak well as I know all from her. What do I do I don't understand. My life's already a mess, divorced, and I can't handle her too.
