Is it time to visit a psychiatrist?
I think myself to be always happy right now, there are no reasons right now that can make me sad, yet I always find myself very silent, always lost in thinking sometimes. Constantly worrying about relationships I am having with everyone in my life, and keep finding if something is wrong with it by constantly analysing it. I am not sure what I am dealing with right now? Is it normal or is there any need to visit a psychiatrist?

There is no harm in visiting a Psychiatrist. After a detailed assessment it can be found out if it's normal or pathological.
