Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension iam using bp tab also. But my first reading always high than later readings. Each time iam taking 3 readings. During first reading iam very anxious and excited . 2 and 3 reading iam very free it shows normal. Pls suggest which should be considered? First reading or later readings or avg of 3 readings. 1 reading 146/80 2 reading 122/70 3 reading 120/70 Regards.

I'm 19 years old suffering with from sleeping paralysis from past two years. I sometimes see night hag sitting on me or my mom sleeping with me. I can actually feel the warmth like if she is there. But the thing she died 2 years back. How can i recover this?

I m suffering from actute constipation. and erectile dysfunction. I'm really fed up with this. Please suggest

I have been struggling to focus on my work since long time. I can't concentrate for long time. I find it difficult to get out of my bed and do things every day. I'm bunking my college because I don't feel like doing anything. Everyday. I just want to lay on my bed and spend my time on technology, movies, and such things. My sleep and appetite are not changed. I don't know what I am doing.. Can you help me please?

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety a few months back although I have been feeling this way for years now. I did take medications but I felt like I wasn't actually solving my problem but simply putting a band-aid on a gun-wound. I feel depressed and over think everything, even the most mundane of things. I can't decide anything and don't even go outside much because I am always scared of something going wrong. I have zero self-esteem and self-confidence of a chicken nugget. Everytime I try to step out of my comfort zone I get mad anxiety so much so that I end up cancelling the plan. I really want a solution of this problem, as it is not only affecting my personal life but my academic life is getting ruined too. I don't wanna take medications anymore as they make me super drowsy and feel weird. What should I do now?

Hi, I was taking zosert, arip  for 1 year. Improvement was there. Suddenly I stopped the medicine without consulting the doctor as i shifted to another city. Now my mental health is worse. Should I start taking zosert again. Medicine started from jan 2017 till feb 2018.

What is the difference between etilaam pro and inderal ?...which one is better for muscle fatigue and shivering due to anxiety ?

Marriage is fixed with best friend. Facing panic attacks. Not able to understand his and his family s language and culture. Feeling panic. Not getting marriage picture. Not feeling intimacy and feeling outsider. Unable to accept this transition from best friend to fiancee because of difference of language and culture. Unable to break up because of strong friendship. Need help.

Hello mam /sir i am on BUPROPION (150)(8th month) MIRTAZAPINE (7.5)(first week) ,for my severe anxiety issues, since i am preparing for civil services exam so i would like to ask would these meds have any negative effect on memory/cognition or any other side effect which may affect studies? thanks.
