Symptom of hallucination, aggression etc
Can any medicine of rheumatoid arthritis like methylprednisolone, Methotrexate, HCQS cause hallucination, depression or agression ? If its possible, these effects can be elevated by consuming alcohol ?

Definitely these medications disturb psychological health. Alcohol can aggravate any psychiatric problems. So please adjust or change medication accordingly
