I started playing badminton after long time. When I try to hit the shuttle hard my lower bicep starts aching. I do warm ups and stretches, but still lower part of bicep (little above the elbow) starts aching. Because of which I lose strength to hold the racquet. The pain vibrates down till the end of the arm (palm). If I rest the pain reduces completely with out taking any medicine. The next day again pain is back if I start hitting the shuttle hard again. If I don't hit shuttle hard I don't experience the pain at all.

I wanna know doctors who do video call therapy. Psychologist. I have had a consultation through Practo app with a dr and he said me to go for therapy as I need it. But I need a video call consultation. As it's difficult for me managing to come out.

I got married when I was 20 years old it was a arrange marraige and within a year I gave birth to a boy baby and he is 10 years old when my son was 5years he left me and went due to his financial issues and he use to hit me alot never cared abt me an d my son and he took all my jewels n things to his native n I called him for my son admission but he dint come later after waiting for 3 years I divorced him.i was with my parents and started working I met my colleague he got to know my situation as I was single parent. He proposed me and told I need some time took 5 years to tell him yes and he spoke to my parents and his parents dint agree he apposed and got married in a temple. From next day of marraige he went to his mom place and dint bother me n my feelings and he want his mom to be happy and pretend he likes and love me and my son. Now it's been 2 years got another boy baby he is 5 months and leaving me for his mom. what to do im lost

Hi i have insomnia problem,i sleep every other alternative day. I have diabetes and i am taking melatonin 3 mg since past few days. But i still have the problem so is it required to increase the dose or melatonin takes some time to show results?

My boyfriend is an we lb developer, in recent times due to work pressure he started consuming alcohol on daily basis. It's been 3-4 months and the alcohol consumption has become a habit. I tried to talk to him but it could make a much help. He says he cannot sleep if he doesn't consume alcohol. He over thinks all the daily activities and work related things during the sleep time. And alcohol helps him to calm his mind. How can I help him.

I have chronic anxiety for past 8-9 years. I have hypothyroidism, dust allergy  and Constipation.I am taking medicine for hypothyroidism and anxiety. Also ayurvedic medicine for constipation and digestion. Body not productive at all, just body doing on medicines thats all. Please guide.
