Sir please take medicines as advised. Side effects toh food k bhi hote hain but doesn't mean you'll stop eating food. Your doctor will get certain tests done from time to time to see if there's any adverse effects. Right now it's more important for you to get alright. Once your symptoms are under control, your medicine does will be decreased and paroxetine may be stopped.
