Tightness in right side of throat

Constant tightness in right side of throat. My ent doctor told me it is just anxiety and don't think about problem just ignore it. Please advise me about this annoying problem.

Does this happen in intervals or present throughout the day? If it has been ruled out by an ENT specialist that there is nothing present physically, then you need to address the issie that brings about anxiety in you.
