Purposeful repetitive movements in head leading to tightness. Now I have stopped movements but tightness in head is still .Combination of Fluvoxamine and aripiprazole reduced my symptoms but now it's relapsing

As per the symptoms and diagnosis of the patient, treatment is started and tapered off.
