Tightness pain
High blood pressure Sensation in chest tightness  due to fear, anxiety and worry Repetitive movements purposeful meaningless in head leading to wet sensation like watery sensation (it feels like when you focus or put force on muscles then it comes) The movements leading to tightness in head and perceptual disturbances.(feels real and I can sense it). Now movements have stopped but tightness and perceptual disturbances are there.Tightness is affected by stress , focus , hyperawarness, fear ,angry,worry and anxiety
