Ocd and tightness
I am an ocd patient and I am facing perceptual disturbances and tightness in head.I am also feeling perceptual obsession I.e wet sensation in head.I currently on below medicines. Now my psychiatrist is saying that medicines are not required and he said only follow my advice I.e do physical excerise ,healthy food intake and show gratitude I.e write down what you have  in your life as compared to others.I have been visiting him since 1 year. MY condition improved but now is reoccurring again with maximum intensity. Will I be cured if I follow his advices. Currently on Fluvator 100(2-0-2) Arip mt 5(1-0-1)

Also, it is important to know what all symptoms were improved by medications. Options for treating OCD include medications and psychotherapy.
