Before using any coping strategies you have to analyze and understand what is it that's troubling you.what is it that's giving you stress.Our subconscious mind is filled with our thoughts n desires which we donot or cannot bring to our conscious mind.Thats is reason we feel mental stress.Once you know your problem you will definitely be able to deal with it.

You can do few things at your level like scheduling your day including sleep and meal timings, 15 minutes meditation and 45 minutes exercise /yoga. If still doesn't help, consult a psychiatrist for detail discussion and solution. All the best
