I was on inspiral 40 mg for a few days it was working perfectly.and i coluld study well but since 2 days the medicine has stopped working .what is the reason behind it?

Can I take brahmi capsule kottakkal twice as supplement for anxiety .I do yoga also .I am fine but some day on its own anxiety comes so will brahmi helps .I don't take any supplement only doctors medicine .

Can back to back panic attacks can cause breast swelling.??..i hv a prblm.of panic attacks..
