Am suffering with smart phone addiction since Few years Whats the Effects Smart phone addiction in Mind..??Am stressing too much

Am suffering with Sadness..Thinking too much... Fatigue And fearing Not intrested in Doing job..It is possible to overcome from dis problem??Finally Am smartphone addicted

I have restless sleep at nights..so become so tired..hence I could not concentrate in job..I m 28 yrs old...

I am less confident, but I feel to hold a respectful place and name in the society than other people around me. I feel very jealous when people around me gets good opportunity and grow... I have strong intention to cover all good things only for me first... I feel very afraid to speak in a meeting in front of others even though I am capable... I am fear about all the people around me... These things are drainage lot of energy from me and I am unable to overcome it will self motivation and self teaching... Do any of you doctor have a clear solution for this...

Since 3 months I'm not able to concentrate on my work or anything, because I'm heavily disturbed by soo many intrusive thoughts which has been occurred in my past weather its been committed by me or not, those thoughts just convert into some negative circumstances n it triggers my brain. For example if I had talked to someone in my past days. I just get a thought on weather I spoke right with them or did I made any mistake or some other negative things similar to these kind as I mentioned above, I'm not understanding why my brain tends to assume things which I have not done or thought about. This is my problem, please give me some solution or suggest me some medication.

I am a crohn's disease patient since 2018. Have been taking Mesacol od ,Azoran, iron and folic acid , calcium tab., wysolone 40mg taper 5mg every week. For my stress,anxiety and sleeping problem dr. Has pescribed prothiaden 25mg at bed time since 1 month .My query is how long I have to take prothiaden ? My wysolone has been finished on 15 August.

Hi My 3 and half years old son is very stubborn recently since we joined him in pre-school. He shows lot of resistance for anything for eating, brushing, bathing etc. We are getting lot of complaints from school that he will not listen or respond to any question in school,not learning anything, not identifying any objects,not able to write anything on his own, will not recite,mingle with only very selective people,not at the pace of other kids in school of his age and they are having tough time to teach him anything and he always expects help from someone for everything, even for drinking water , milk etc, cries a lot at times ,It's not that he is an inactive but he expects things to happen at his will and wish, as parents we are having tough time teaching him basic things and we would like to consult any child psychologist for check-up. Any piece of advice/inputs will really make our life better, we are highly worried about him these days. Appreciate your help. Thank you!

My son is 5 and very sharp but he facing issues to concentrate...He don't finish the writing, drawing or any game also, keeps on jumping from one task to another and leaves everything incomplete.... Any suggestions...How to deal with this

My mother gets hyper and behaves abnormally and not ready to listen to anyone. Unable to control when she is hyper and starts crying. Have observed this behaviour when she is upset. She will realise after few days and she will be very good. Please suggest me what to do

My doctor has given me this combination. I'm taking nexito from an year without much improvement. Is it safe to take two meds at same time?? Can it cause serotonin syndrome??Can it have troublesome side effects?? Help in detail plz
