Need help with this !
I am starting to notice that, i trigger my palpitations ! It's like i am doing something and  a thought rushes to my brain, is my heart rate normal ? am i getting palpitations ? (Checks my pulse and place my hand on chest) AND POOOOOF, the palpitations start and not for long ( 5secs MAX) ! Then all day every now and then ! And no matter how much harder i try not to google it but i do and the results make me scared !

You don't start it your thought triggers it and then it leads to a spiral. That's OK You have anxiety issues more like health related issue. The more you Google the more it will create issues and mess up with your head. Please first rule out any cardiac pathology.  Go to a cardiologist, get ECG done and if required a Echocardiogram. Also get Thyroid levels tested.   If everything comes out to be normal then we can start you on treatment for panic attacks.
