Please maintain a daily journal and keep a track of your mood, general feeling, thoughts (both positive and negative) and also note the medications at that time. In a month's time you will see a trend and know what is helping and how much. Also, please continue therapy as it has a more long term role than meds. Identify the problem areas and work on them one by one so that your coping improves and depression reduces. Then meds will also reduce.
