I have overthinking and anxiety problem and sleeping problem as well. The doctor has prescribed me paxidep 12.5 mg. Should i start using it and how long does it take me to get normal. I heard people take these drugs for years .

Yes you can start using it. Usually it start showing effects within 2 weeks. If you take proper treatment under the guidance of a psychiatrist you may not need to take medication for long periods. All the best
