Heart palpitations
Hello doctors, this is arun from chennai, my heart starts palpitate in recent times especially during my group discussions and interview and comes to normal after .When I get anxious idea's and words are not coming out and facing forgetfulness. When I google my symptoms its shows its common and may a cause of stress and depression. But I won't be stressed out for any circumstances I let things to passaway and felt no depressed. Then why my anxiety breaks out particularly on that suituion alone. Awaiting your reply

Hello Mr Arun Having some amount of stress prior to any performance is good it helps yu to do your best. In your case it has crossed that threshold as words dont come easily to you &you have forgetfulness. These are signs of distress means you are afraid  about the outcome of your performance & you get nervous. Following are few things you may find useful 1 prepare thoroughly for interview.(including mock interview ) 2 Do relaxation exercises & deep breathnig 3 Use affirmations that you can do it.

Are you in a habit of doing things at the last moment??Are you in a habit of procrastinating things.??What is happening  with you is very common .Dont worry.A little stress n axiery at the time of interview  is good. Now as you said earlier it was not happening to you.you didnt get stress n you used to take things easily. Now its happening may have many reasons..May be you taking yourself seriously now. One more thing may be you looking for the perfection and you are not able to do what you are expecting from youself.Solution is simple give more time in preparing yourself.
