Is Epitril 0.5 mg safe for anxiety? Are there any side effects? How and when should the tablet be taken?

I have been taking inderal 40 tablets. Quarter part of the tablet every day for anxiety disorder. But recently I have developed drowsiness and it us affecting my daily life. Anxiety is palpitations, sweating and tremors. Thyroid tests are normal.

Good afternoon, I've been experiencing intense anxiety & panic attacks since the past 10 months(October 2018) onwards due to which daily functioning has been adversely affected. The major symptoms are constant heart palpitation and pain, nausea, trembling hands and extreme difficulty to function. This can be part of the panic attack which is not associated with any stressful events or thoughts but rather quite spontaneous and all of a sudden unexpected panic attack which causes severe heart palpitations, and pain, nausea, trembling hands and adversely affecting the daily functioning. I've been through severe anxiety and panic attacks many times in my life since 2008. The doctor had prescribed escitalopram & had taken it since 2017 but it's not effective now as I've been undergoing severe anxiety and panic attacks since the past 10 months and while I'm going through anxiety and panic attacks, escitalopram prescribed by the doctor is not effective. I am a Lady of 24 years. Thank you

I am single female 29yrs old.I had a stomach ache and diarrhea problem. I showed the gastrologist to my stomach. They told me the medicine as Tab Normaxin,Cap Emmodium,Tab Revortil and said to take it then I take this medicine.After taking this medicine, I feel sleepy all day and sometimes notice that I sleep without medicine.I do not understand why this is so sleepy, I do not have the effect of medicine.And so it has no side effect. Please suggest me.

Dear Sir/Madam I have been under continues stress(personal problem) for 30 days due to this I was unable to sleep, experiencing body pains and fatigue and also stomach upset. My concern is does chronic stress cause all these things or some other underlying cause. Thank in advance

We can't understand why but she is not listening to her father or mother. She is extremely energetic but less concentration is her biggest disadvantage. we had seen so many times that she has a very sharp mind if she concentrates on something but she doesn't want to study. Less interest in studies and all interest in the game and even the game should have her own rules. Studies and food are her biggest enemies and extremely rebellion in nature. We all tried every possible way. We don't understand what to do.
