Is taking Xanax 0.25 mg per day fine to treat anxiety disorder which gets triggered based on some events ?

Xanax will only give temporary relief. So no,  it's not really fine.  We do however need to work on the triggering events.

Taking Xanax can help you in anxiety immediately but it doesn't prevent anxiety to happen in future. You need proper treatment which prevents you from having anxiety.
